A renovation project and an assignment-based deal do not produce the same records. We organize your bookkeeping around what actually happened in each transaction, instead of treating every deposit as income or every payment as a project cost.
For renovation-to-sale projects
Bring together purchase documentation, contractor and supplier records, account statements, funding support and sale paperwork. Track the agreed cost detail while retaining a list of unpaid bills, missing invoices and charges that need clarification.
For wholesale activity
Use a deal reference to connect the relevant agreement, deposit records, marketing activity, closing support and receipts. The documents need to establish what a payment represents before the bookkeeping treatment is agreed. We do not advise on contract enforceability, licensing or deal legality.
Separate cash movements from results
An owner contribution, a loan draw and a customer receipt can all increase the bank balance. Our work keeps those distinctions visible for the accountant who reviews your books. Cash remaining in an account is not the same thing as profit.
